I swore I woul...I lost 65 pounds several years ago. I swore I would not go "back to fat". I know how hard it is to fight that battle. Right now I am back to sugar free, low fat yogurt (with just a tiny sprinkling of granola - actually I think it is twigs and cardboard) on top for breakfast, a hard boiled egg and fruit for lunch and something made with a chicken breast for supper. Why can't I just learn to walk away when someone brings out the pastries, or cookies, or donuts, or dark stinking chocolate?!<br /><br />You can do this!
