Minkee Monday
Poor thing doesn't like the cage. She meows like a baby...it's so pitiful. I called Mrs. S and she thought I had a baby in the car! Ms. Minkee was only off to have a "pedicure." I had to break down and pay someone as I couldn't corral a friend to cut her nails and they were LONG! It makes me nauseous to cut nails!!

I don't suppose we would like being put in a box either. Then into a noisy car in the floor where we can't see where we're going. They DO sound like you're killing them when all you ask is to sit in the carrier for a short ride. All of them do it.
I put the carrier in the passenger seat and use the seatbelt to secure it by passing the belt under the top handles and around the body of the carrier. I think about how it would be tossed around in a wreck if it was just sitting there. I figured the cat needs its own seatbelt. You know that you can buy dog seat belts? My brother got one for his mutt since he takes it everywhere.
