State of our Backsides...

I am moving this to Saturday. The way I keep track of my exercise makes it tough to report on Weds. A mini report today. I met my goal of 4 days of exercise. Plus I danced 2x. WHOO HOO! Golds Gym is kicking my butt right now. I have fallen out of shape (it happens so quickly) and I'm playing catch up! Everything hurts except my toenail on the fourth toe on my left foot! Weight.....food.....still struggling!!!!! I'll get there. I'll just keep FAKIN' IT TILL I MAKE IT!

Good for you for getting back to the gym and dancing! You will lose those last few pounds. You are doing so well, even if you maintain for a few more weeks, before starting another downward slope, you are so much better than when you started!

Great job on exercising! I was sick with the flu for a couple weeks and I need to get back to the gym. Thanks for inspiring me.

You are still doing wonderfully Morah. Remember, this is a new lifestyle, not a diet. I have a hard time blogging about the state of my stash or my backside, but if there is any change in either of those, I am sure to post it. My backside is the same.
