Here is my design wall.
Yes, It's dirty and empty. That is because everything I am working was here....
and is now here.
All of those triangles are safely tucked away and ready to go to retreat. It took hours and hours to cut and trim them all. I figure that there was 22 yds of fabric cut to make these puppies. I do not count all 22 yds as there are scraps to be used in another way. After all I didn't use all 22 yds. I will need to figure out the yardage on all of these but I'll wait for another day on that.
Right now, I AM FINISHED CUTTING A GAZZILLION AND ONE triangles. Now I'm off to cut out pillowcases and another quilt......

Wow - way to go! That is ALOT of cutting! You will be sooo prepared at retreat - can't wait to see what you get accomplished. Cheers! Evelyn
Takes a lot of time for all that cutting but can really go to town on the quilting then.
Wow! all those little triangle points to trim, yuk. But you are so ready to sew away. I hope you have a great time on retreat, they are so much fun.
When is your retreat? Should we assume that this will me the only project you are taking with you?
OMGosh! Are you going to sleep at all on this retreat? LOL
I have learned that project prep makes all the difference for a retreat, it would probably help at home too but I don't have the willpower for that. Have fun on your retreat.
Prepared like a Boy Scout!!! You will have that top done in no time! Have fun retreating.
Looks like a fun plaid project to work on at retreat...enjoy! I really like having all the cutting finished before retreat also....then it's just sew sew sew!
A lot of cutting, and now ready to retreat. Have fun and enjoy your time. Hugs - Ivani in Brazil
Congrats on finishing all that cutting. Your design wall does look a bit sad though :( I'm sure it will be put to good use soon enough though.
Good job! That's alot of triangles.
