Design wall

One row on my triangle quilt. To be honest, I needed to check the math and be sure it was right. Unfortunately, it seems it is.....I was trying to avoid cutting soooo many triangles!!!!

It's a good start - how large is this quilt going to be - one of those thousand triangles one?

That would be a lot to cut!

The bad thing about triangle quilts is...it takes LOTS of triangles, lol.

You can put occasional larger triangles in to make it go a little faster and it also gives the eye a place to rest.

good for you working with those plaids! The last project I did with plaids/homespuns, I swore would be my last with that medium. In fact I gave the rest of it all away! I just don't have the patience - LOL good luck with your project, I'll look forward to seeing it develop.
